Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Blmli Studio (“Studio”, “we”) collects when you use the website blmli.uz and the Studio editor, why we collect it, where it is stored and what you can do about it. Questions and requests: info@blmli.uz.

1. What we collect

Your account

You can use the editor without an account. If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your email address, whether it is verified, and a stable identifier of your Google account. We do not receive your Google password, name or photo. We store your email address, that identifier, the date your account was created and the moment you agreed to this policy by pressing the sign-in button.

In your profile you may add an organization and your discipline (for example, architecture or plumbing). Both fields are optional.

Your projects

When you are signed in, projects you save are stored on our servers: the project file (which may contain an embedded IFC model) and its name, size and dates. They are not shown to other users. When you delete a project, its file is deleted immediately; copies in backups disappear when those backups expire. As a guest, a project is saved only as a file on your own computer.

Plan requests

If you send a request from the plans section of the start page, we store the name, contact (email or phone) and optional organization you enter, the plan you chose, the page language and the time. We use them only to contact you about your request.

Usage statistics

The editor sends anonymous usage events: which features are used, how long loading and operations take, and errors. Each event carries a random identifier kept in your browser, a random session identifier, the Studio version, and a description of the environment: browser family and major version, screen size and graphics card. We do not record your IP address, the contents of your models, file or project names, or values you type. Statistics are not linked to your account. They are kept for 13 months and then deleted.

Modelling assistant

The assistant is optional and asks for your consent before the first message. When you use it, we store your messages, the assistant’s replies, a summary of the project state at the time of the request, and what you later did with the elements the assistant created. These records are linked to the random browser identifier, not to your account. Your request is sent to the language model you choose: DeepSeek (servers in the People’s Republic of China) or Google Gemini. Some records may also be reviewed automatically with Anthropic Claude to assess answer quality. We use these records to improve the assistant and to train models. Please do not include personal or confidential information in assistant messages.

2. Cookies and browser storage

  • blmli.session — keeps you signed in; 30 days, renewed while you use Studio.
  • blmli.lang — remembers the language of the start page; 1 year.
  • __session — used only by administrators of the object catalogue; 12 hours.
  • Google sign-in runs a Google script that may set Google’s own cookies, governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

The editor also keeps data in your browser’s local storage: interface settings and panel layout, the random statistics identifier, assistant consent and queue, and a cache of processed models so that files open faster. This data stays on your device; you can remove it by clearing site data in your browser. We use no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

3. Where data is stored and who processes it

Studio runs on Google Cloud in the europe-west1 region (Belgium): the application, the PostgreSQL database and project files, with regular backups. Service providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Google — hosting, sign-in, and the Gemini model if you choose it;
  • DeepSeek — the assistant model, if you choose it;
  • Anthropic — automated quality review of assistant answers;
  • an email delivery service — when we send you email, for example a sign-in code.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

4. How long we keep data

  • Account and profile — until you ask us to delete your account.
  • Projects — until you delete them or your account.
  • Plan requests — until we delete them; we clear them periodically, and sooner on your request.
  • Usage statistics — 13 months.
  • Assistant records — until we delete them; we clear them periodically.

5. Your choices and rights

You can view and edit your profile, download and delete your projects, and sign out at any time. To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account with all its projects, write to info@blmli.uz from the email address of your account. We answer within 30 days. Assistant records and statistics are not linked to an account, so we may be unable to find yours; clearing your browser data stops further records from being linked to the same identifier.

6. Children

Studio is a professional tool and is not intended for children under 16.

7. Changes

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and its effective date before the change applies.
